Foundation Crack Injection
Cracks in your foundation wall let water in and get worse over time. We inject epoxy or polyurethane resin directly into the crack, sealing it from the inside out. Epoxy restores structural strength. Polyurethane stays flexible and blocks water. We choose the right one based on what the crack is doing and what Tim finds when he inspects the wall and the cause behind it.
Typical cost: $1,500 to $3,500 per crack
Time: 1 to 3 hours per crack

Concrete Levelling (Polyjacking)
Sunken driveways, garage floors, sidewalks, patios, and basement slabs lifted back to level. We drill small holes (the size of a dime), inject expanding polyurethane foam underneath, and the slab rises back into place. The foam weighs almost nothing (4 lbs per cubic foot versus 100+ for mudjacking) so it won’t cause more settling.
Typical cost: $800 to $8,000 depending on area size
Time: 2 to 4 hours for most jobs
Walk/drive on it: Same day (foam cures in 15 minutes)
Basement Waterproofing
Water in your basement isn’t just annoying. It damages finishes, grows mould, and drops your home’s value. We fix the source of the problem with interior or exterior waterproofing, weeping tile repair or replacement, and sump pump installation. Tim inspects the foundation on site and identifies where the water is getting in, so we fix the right spots, not just the obvious ones.
Typical cost: $2,000 to $5,000
Time: 1 to 2 days depending on scope
